Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of biodegradable materials, in particular, to a degradable special material for infusion set tubing, and a method for preparing infusion set tubing by using same. The special material is prepared from PBAT, a light stabilizer 944, an anti-hydrolysis additive, fumed silica, and polyglycerol. The preparation method comprises: 1) heating the interior of a double-cone vacuum dryer to 100°C, adding the polyglycerol, and absorbing the polyglycerol into the PBAT at a vacuum degree of 0.1 MPa; 2) uniformly mixing the light stabilizer 944, anti-hydrolysis additive, and fumed silica, and then melting and plasticizing and granulating in a twin-screw extruder to form a masterbatch; 3) uniformly mixing the material prepared in step 1) with the material prepared in step 2), and then melting and plasticizing and granulating in the twin-screw extruder; and 4) extrusion molding the special material prepared in step 3) to form infusion set tubing. The infusion set tubing prepared in the present invention has high transparency and high strength, can be completely biodegraded, and meets requirements for disposable infusion set tubing.
