A biological carrier device, which belongs to the field of biological material separation. The biological carrier device comprises a connecting rod and a biological carrier. The connecting rod comprises a first end and a second end in the axial direction, and the biological carrier is provided at the first end. The biological carrier device directly captures biological materials such as nucleic acids to be separated in an extract by means of biological recognition and matching, and the capture is precise and does not require operations such as centrifugation and pipetting. The separation operation is simple, fast and accurate. The probability of cross-contamination is reduced, the specimen to be separated is not restricted, and the liquid volume is not restricted. The material cost is low, and separation cost is greatly reduced. The connecting rod is detachably connected with the biological carrier, so as to facilitate the disassembly and assembly of the biological carrier and the post-treatment of the separated materials. The first end is provided with a connecting head for connecting with a biological material separation device, so as to further effect functions such as dehydration.
