Abstract:
Provided are a biological gel formulation, a method for preparing same, and use thereof. The starting materials comprise hyaluronic acid, sodium chloride, sodium dihydrogen phosphate dodecahydrate, anhydrous sodium dihydrogen phosphate, and a drug for injection. Moreover, the biological gel formulation is a lyophilized powder. In this way, the hyaluronic acid is prepared into a medicament for injection corresponding to the load of the biological gel formulation, and by means of adding sodium chloride, sodium dihydrogen phosphate dodecahydrate, and anhydrous sodium dihydrogen phosphate to adjust the pH and osmotic pressure of an injection prepared by dissolving the biological gel formulation in water, the biological gel formulation can be directly dissolved in water to give the corresponding sterile injection for intraarticular administration meeting the requirement for injections of clinical use. The biological gel formulation can form an effective drug concentration at a joint, avoid gastric and renal injuries due to oral administration, and solve the technical problem of difficulties in sterilizing a biological gel.
