Abstract:
The proposed biological information-acquiring apparatus has a long lifespan and high waterproofing ability. Said biological information-acquiring apparatus is worn by a wearer and acquires biological information about said wearer. The biological information-acquiring apparatus is provided with: an apparatus body (1a); a biological information-acquiring section, which acquires biological information on the basis of a biological signal acquired via an electrode that is in contact with the wearer; a rechargeable battery (103), which can be charged and supplies electric power to the biological information-acquiring section; and a solar panel (101), which generates electricity and charges the rechargeable battery (103). The biological information-acquiring section, the rechargeable battery (103) and the solar panel (101) are sealed as a single unit in the apparatus body (1a).
