Abstract:
To improve the degree of integration of a solid-type nanopore sequencer, this biological sample analysis device has: a membrane 101; a first layer 102 in which a plurality of openings is provided such that the membrane 101 is exposed, and which is laminated on one surface of the membrane; a second layer which has a plurality of independent electrodes 104 provided to respectively correspond to the plurality of openings of the first layer 102, and is laminated on the first layer 102; a third layer 100 which is laminated on the other surface of the membrane, and in which a single opening is provided such that a surface opposite to an area of the one surface of the membrane is exposed, the area being exposed by the plurality of openings of the first layer; and a common electrode 200 which generates a potential difference between the plurality of independent electrodes 104, wherein sections of the membrane 101 that are exposed by the plurality of openings of the first layer 101 are insulated from each other.
