Abstract:
A membrane image (64) is generated on the basis of an original image (206) serving as a low voltage image. A deep image of a cell membrane is extracted from an original image (208) serving as a high voltage image, thereby generating a haze image (209). A labeling processing unit (202) generates reference information (reference vector, reference region) to be utilized in a three-dimensional labeling process, on the basis of an in-membrane region included in the membrane image (64) and a haze region included in the haze image (209).
