Abstract:
The present invention relates to a biomarker for diagnosing acute tumor response of a uterine cervical cancer, and the use thereof. More particularly, as a result of analyzing microRNAs included inside exosomes isolated from the blood of uterine cervical cancer patients receiving anticancer radiotherapy before/after the treatment, microRNA 92a-1-5p(hsa-miR-92a-1-5p), microRNA 3960(hsa-miR-3960), microRNA 202-5p(hsa-miR-202-5p), microRNA 3928-5p(hsa-miR-3928-5p) and microRNA 574-3p(hsa-miR-574-3p) are discovered as microRNAs associated with acute tumor response (AR) of uterine cervical cancer and are confirmed to be associated with mRNA of Diablo homolog (DIABLO), mRNA of ubiquitin C (UBC) and mRNA of SIN3 transcription regulator family member A (SIN3A). Therefore, the present invention provides a biomarker composition for diagnosing acute tumor response of uterine cervical cancer comprising the microRNAs and mRNAs, a composition for diagnosing acute tumor response of uterine cervical cancer, a kit for diagnosing acute tumor response of uterine cervical cancer, and an information providing method for diagnosing acute tumor response of uterine cervical cancer.
