Title:
BIOMARKER MICRORNA FOR DIAGNOSING TUBERCULOSIS
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/026606
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a microRNA composition, which can be used as a biomarker useful for early diagnosis of tuberculosis, and to a tuberculosis diagnostic kit which can measure an expression level thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a biomarker composition for diagnosing tuberculosis, which comprises miRNA-302f of SEQ ID NO: 1, wherein an expression decreases due to tuberculosis infection, and to a tuberculosis diagnostic kit which can measure an expression level thereof.
