Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a biorhythm adjustment apparatus, etc., whereby a circadian rhythm can be adjusted and the mental and physical health of a user can be maintained and improved in a modern society of altered living or working environments. [Solution] A spectacles-type wearable device 10 has light sources 11 and 12 for radiating, to the eyes of a user, VL (violet light) as first special light in a first wavelength range of 360 nm to 400 nm, and BL (blue light) in a second wavelength range of 460 nm ±20 nm, and the spectacles-type wearable device 10 is configured so as to control light emission by the light sources 11 and 12 so that the radiation of BL and VL is controlled on the basis of a user setting, an activity schedule, a past activity history, sunshine in the real world, and other parameters.
