Title:
BIOSENSOR UNIT, ARRAYED BIOSENSOR, AND MEASUREMENT METHOD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/100790
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
In this arrayed biosensor (100A), a semiconductor switch element (231jk) is positioned in the vicinity of each intersection point between rows of first wiring (210j) and columns of second wiring (220k). A control terminal to which there is inputted a conduction control signal for controlling the conduction state between a first terminal and a second terminal of the semiconductor switch element (231jk) is connected to the first wiring (210j) in the vicinity thereof, and the 111th terminal is connected to the second wiring (220k) in the vicinity thereof. The second terminal is connected to a measurement electrode (232jk) in which a marker-catalyst-containing complex can be secured to a surface, at least a portion of the surface being exposed to the outside. Due to a chemical reaction between the marker catalyst in the complex secured to the measurement electrode (232jk) and either a reducing agent or an oxidizing agent, the open-circuit potential of the measurement electrode (232jk) varies in accordance with the quantity of the complex that is secured to the measurement electrode (232jk).
