Title:
BIPARTITE BUTCHER'S HANDSHALTER WITH COUPLE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2005/092131
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The BIPARTITE BUTCHER'S HANDSHALTER WITH COUPLE enables entirely protection to the fingers and hand during the manipulation with cleaver by the means of the static shaped protective bonnet (1) that is connected with the platform (7). The platform is the part of the couple (11) from the handle (4) which is fastened, oh the forearm. The horizontal part of the couple (11) with its cone part (12) is pulling under the limit (8), while the circular convex (13) with the opening (14) entirely lies down on the circular convexed smaller bearing (9) with opening (10) which are riveted by rivet (15) that enables to the couple (11) to move left and right in the frame of the limit (8). The vertical coupling element (16) from the couple (11) is inserted between cylindrical parts of the elements (2) and (3) through which there are pulled in the couple screw (17) that is screwed into the cylindrical part from the element (3). By means of light or hard screwing of the screw it is enabled to move or to fix the bonnet (1), vertically.

Description:
BIPARTITE BUTCHER'S HANDSHALTER WITH COUPLE DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION Technical field on which the invention is relating to The BIPARTITE BUTCHER'S HANDSHALTER WITH COUPLE is an invention from the field of devices for protection in the cutting process in the meat industry. In accordance with the International Patent Classification (IPC) the subject of the invention is classified and signed with the symbol A 41 D 13/08. Technical problem solved by the invention By this invention is solved the technical problem that enables movement of the protective bonnet which follows the hand's movement always keeping the fingers in half bend position. Also it is solved the problem of lifting the bonnet and fixing in the lifted position as well as its fast removing from the bonnet and putting on the hand. Description of the present state of the art In the present state of the art, it is known an armor glove that protects the hand during the manipulation with knife, but it does not have protecting efficiency during the manipulation with butcher's cleaver. Description of the solution of the technical problem The design solution of the invention BIPARTITE BUTCHER'S HANDSHALTER WITH COUPLE comprises static shaped protective bonnet, handle with tighting belts, couple and coupling elements. The protective bonnet is connected with handle by couple, which horizontal part is placed on the handle's platform elements, whereas the vertical part penetrates between parallel placed coupling elements, fixed on the protective bonnet, forming in the same time mutual' s axes structure through which the elements are connected by means of one frontaly threaded screw. Such aking inserted screw enables vertical movement of the bonnet, its vertical fixing, as well as, its easy releasing and putting in. The horizontal part of the couple, soft riveted, enable left and right movement of the bonnet in the frame of the limit. This invention can be clearly described using the following figures. Fig.1 Bipartite butcher's handshalter with couple in the operatinal position - lateral view, Fig.2 Bipartite butcher's handshalter with couple with lifted bonnet - lateral view, and Fig.3. Handle's platform, couple and coupling elements in disassembled position. According to the figures 1, 2 and 3, this invention comprises protective bonnet (1), and handle (4), that are mutually connected with the couple (11). On the upper back side of the static shaped protective bonnet (1), there are parallel placed identical coupling elements (2) riveted on its basis with cylinder without thread and element (3) with cylinder which inner thread is the same as the outer thread of the couple element (17). The handle (4) is fasted on the forearm with tighting belts pulled by through the slits (5) and (6). On the platform (7) from the handle (4), there are the two parallel semicirle slits with convexed central part form a limit (8), in front of which there is a circular convexed smaller bearing (9) with opening (10). The couple (11) with its cone horizontal part (12) is pulling by under the limit (8), while the central horizontal part with its circular convex (13) and the opening (14), entirely, lies down on the smaller bearing (9) with the opening (10). Through the openings (14) and (10), there is performed riveting by the rivet (15) that helps the fixing of the couple (11) on the platform (7), in the same time enabling to the couple (11) to rotate over the base on both, half left and half right, inside the limit frames (8). The vertical coupling element (16) from the couple (11) is inserted between cylindrical parts of the elements (2) and (3) forming mutual axes structure through which the elements are connected by means of one frontally threaded (17) and with wide tension head on the back screw end. The front part of the screw has an outer thread. It is screwed into the cylinder from the couple element (3), that has an inner thread. Depending on the tightening force it is enabled vertical movement of the protective bonnet (1) as well as its fixing, while by removing the screw it is enabled fast removement of the bonnet.
