Abstract:

Disclosed is a biscuit forming machine, comprising a first dough cutting machine (3), a second dough cutting machine (4), a first roller printing machine (1), a first crispy biscuit blank conveying belt, a second roller printing machine (2), a second crispy biscuit blank conveying belt (6) and an oven feeding machine (5). The first roller printing machine (1) and the oven feeding machine (5) are located in the same horizontal plane, and the first crispy biscuit blank conveying belt is of a horizontal structure; and the second roller printing machine (2) is located above the first roller printing machine (1), the second roller printing machine (2) and the first roller printing machine (1) are both located on an upstream side of the oven feeding machine (5), the second crispy biscuit blank conveying belt (6) is arranged according to the structure of a horizontal line and an inclined line, the lowest end of the second crispy biscuit blank conveying belt (6) is an output end of the second crispy biscuit blank conveying belt (6), and the output end is positioned above a conveying belt (11) of the oven feeding machine. The biscuit forming machine can produce crispy biscuits of two formulas simultaneously. In addition, a conveying track of a first crispy biscuit blank (26) and a conveying track of a second crispy biscuit blank (27) are in the shape of a broken line in the same vertical plane, thus facilitating conveying of the first crispy biscuit blank and the second crispy biscuit blank.
