Abstract:
The present invention relates to a bispecific antibody specifically binding to IL-17A and TNF-α, and uses thereof. The bispecific antibody or an antigen binding fragment thereof, according to the present invention, exhibits high specificity with respect to IL-17A and TNF-α and an excellent neutralization ability compared to a conventional monospecific antibody, while quickly inhibiting inflammation and an immune reaction by inhibiting IL-17 and TNF-α at the same time, and, thereby, has the benefit of improving a treatment effect and decreasing an administration amount.
