Abstract:
The present invention provides a black light shielding member which has high blackness, while having an antireflection effect due to excellently low gloss. The present invention produces a black light shielding member which is provided with: a base material film; a resin light shielding layer that is formed on at least one surface of the base material film, while having a relief pattern; and a blackening layer that is formed on the resin light shielding layer. A degree of blackness having an L value of 12 or less is achieved by adjusting so that the arithmetic mean roughness Ra of the surface, on which the light shielding layer and the blackening layer are formed, is not less than 0.25 μm and the maximum thickness of the blackening layer is less than the above-mentioned Ra value.
