Abstract:

Provided is a bladder for tire vulcanization, which has excellent heat resistance and a longer service life than conventional bladders. This bladder for tire vulcanization is formed using an acrylic rubber composition which is obtained by blending at least 30-200 parts by mass of a carbon black that has an arithmetic average particle diameter of 20-30 nm as determined in accordance with JIS Z8901 and a DBP oil absorption of 70-130 ml/100 g and 0.1-5 parts by mass of an imidazole compound that serves as a crosslinking agent per 100 parts by mass of an acrylic rubber that contains 94.5-99.5% by mass of a structural unit derived from a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester and 0.5-5% by mass of a structural unit derived from a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ether.
