Abstract:
A blended yarn and a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The preparation method for the blended yarn comprises: in the sirospun spinning process, using a sirospun spinning method to perform sirospun drafting and twisting on a plurality of roving strands for multiple times to obtain a primary sirospun yarn, and ply-twisting the primary sirospun yarn with a fiber bundle that is spun by means of melt spinning and not completely cooled to undergo sirospun drafting and twisting together at least once to obtain a blended yarn. In the ply-twisting process, the incompletely cooled fiber bundle is bonded with the primary sirospun yarn by means of a softened and adhesive surface of the fiber bundle. The method employs sirospun spinning, but overcomes the defects existing during conventional sirospun spinning, and reduces a breakage phenomenon of a single yarn strand in the sirospun spinning process; moreover, the prepared blended yarn has better effects in terms of strength, wear resistance, and the number of hairiness, etc.
