A blood component scale, comprising a sensor fixing base (1), a weighing sensor (2), a scale support (3), a scale hinge (4), a scale claw (5), and a sensor connecting plate (6), wherein the sensor fixing base (1) and the sensor connecting plate (6) are respectively arranged at two ends of the weighing sensor (2); one end of the sensor connecting plate (6) is fixed to the top of one end of the weighing sensor (2), and the other end of the sensor connecting plate (6) extends toward the outside of the weighing sensor (2); and the scale support (3) is mounted on the top end face of the other end of the sensor connecting plate (6) by means of a clamping pin. The blood component scale can precisely weigh the mass of extracted blood components, and compared with a manual naked-eye observation manner, the precision is greatly improved; moreover, damage to the body of a patient due to the fact that the extraction amount of blood components is too little or too much is avoided, such that the defects in an existing device are overcome; in addition, the scale claw (5) is of a foldable shape, which can be turned over for placement when not in use.
