Title:
BLOW NOZZLE FOR USE IN BLOW MOLDING DEVICE, BLOW MOLDING METHOD EMPLOYING SAID BLOW NOZZLE, AND STRETCHING ROD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/230551
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to prevent residual liquid in a blow nozzle from falling. A blow nozzle 1 is provided with a nozzle body 2 and a stretching rod 3 capable of reciprocating in an axial direction relative to the nozzle body, wherein: the nozzle body 2 is provided with a nozzle tip end portion 4 adaptable to a mouth portion of a preform, an injection opening 5 of the nozzle tip end portion 4, a port 6 for introducing a fluid including at least a liquid into the nozzle body, and a fluid passage 7 providing communication between the port 6 and the injection opening 5; the stretching rod 3 passes through one segment of the fluid passage 7 extending to the injection opening 5, and a gap 8 through which the fluid can pass is formed between the stretching rod 3 and an inner circumferential wall 12 of the nozzle body 2 demarcating the one segment of the fluid passage 7; a closing portion for closing the injection opening when the stretching rod is in a prescribed position relative to the nozzle body is formed in the stretching rod 3; and when the stretching rod 3 is moved from the prescribed position in a direction such that a distal end of the stretching rod 3 projects further out from the injection opening 5, the injection opening 5 is opened.
