A bobbin fixing device based on a silk fabric spinning and twisting machine, the bobbin fixing device comprising two connection end covers; the two connection end covers are oppositely arranged, and the connection end covers comprise an end cover body (3) and a connection assembly (5); the connection assembly (5) comprises a first fixing block (51) fixed at the central position of an inner surface of the end cover body (3), the first fixing block (51) is overall a flat cylindrical shape, a second fixing block (52) is fixedly provided at the central position of the inner surface of the first fixing block (51), and the second fixing block (52) is overall a flat cylindrical shape; peripheral surfaces of the first fixing block (51) and the second fixing block (52) are respectively provided with elastic strips (53) at intervals, inner surfaces of the first fixing block (51) and the second fixing block (52) are respectively embedded with annular grooves (54), and outer sidewalls of the annular grooves (54) are fixedly provided with a plurality of rubber rods (55) at intervals. The described device has a simple structure and is easy use, and may effectively solve the problems wherein there are few choices for bobbin fixation models and silk threads cannot be protected.
