Abstract:
Disclosed are a method for data transmission in a sidelink and a terminal device, allowing the prevention of a resource conflict by a non-periodic service during transmission. The method comprises: a first terminal device selects a first resource in a data resource pool in a selection window, the first resource being used for transmitting data of the first terminal device; the first terminal device selects a second resource used for transmitting first indication information in a control resource pool of the selection window, the first indication information being used for indicating the first resource, the position of the first resource in a time domain and/or a frequency domain being different from that of the second resource; and, the first terminal device transmits the first indication information on the second resource and transmits the data of the first terminal device on the first resource.
