Abstract:
A bobbin holder comprising a release means for pressing a push member while resisting against a compression means for grasping a bobbin and means for pulling the holder reversely to the pushing direction of the release means at the time of loosening a chuck member. Since a pressing force and a pulling force act simultaneously onto the holder at the time of releasing the bobbin, a thrust force acting on the bearing of a bobbin holder rotary shaft is canceled thus protecting the bearing against damage or shortening of the lifetime.
