Provided are a body temperature measurement method and apparatus, and an electronic device (50) and a storage medium, which belong to the technical field of image processing. The body temperature measurement method comprises: collecting a human body temperature Tsensing (S100); determining a difference value between the currently collected human body temperature Tsensing and an actual human body temperature Tactual (S200); according to the difference value between the collected human body temperature Tsensing and the actual human body temperature Tactual, determining a temperature compensation value Tcompensation (S300); and displaying a temperature value after the temperature compensation value Tcompensation is added (S400). The direct effect of introducing Tcompensation is that the time for presenting thermal balance is shortened at a software level by means of data processing, which is equivalent to achieving the function of pre-determination. The most intuitive benefit of shortening the time for presenting thermal balance is that the user experience is improved, and especially when measurement and tracking are just started, a body temperature can be quickly displayed.
