Abstract:
The embodiments of the present application provide a bogie with a side beam fixing seat, and a rail vehicle, wherein the bogie comprises: two side beams arranged side by side; a transverse connecting means for connecting the two side beams, wherein the transverse connecting means is positioned below the two side beams; and a fixing seat that spans above the side beams, wherein two transverse ends of the fixing seat extend downwards from two sides of the side beams to connect to the transverse connecting means. The bogie and the rail vehicle provided by the embodiments of the present application are conducive to improving driving safety.
