Title:
BONDED BODY, SEPARATION MEMBRANE MODULE EQUIPPED WITH SAME, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING ALCOHOL
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/027337
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a bonded body having high airtightness and also having excellent durability under high temperature/high pressure conditions. The problem can be solved by a bonded body comprising a complex of zeolite and an inorganic porous support and a dense member, wherein the complex and the dense member are bonded together with an inorganic glass or an inorganic adhesive agent, the inorganic glass or the inorganic adhesive agent has a thermal expansion coefficient of 30 × 10-7 to 90 × 10-7/K inclusive and, when an inorganic glass is used, the inorganic glass has a softening point of 550°C or lower. The present invention also addresses the problem of providing a method for producing an alcohol with high efficiency by placing a separation membrane in an alcohol synthesis reactor by a bonding method having good sealing performance and durability in the presence of an alcohol steam under a high temperature/high pressure condition. The problem can be solved by a method for producing an alcohol, comprising reacting a raw material gas containing at least hydrogen and carbon monoxide and/or carbon dioxide in a reactor in the presence of a catalyst to produce the alcohol, wherein the reactor to be used for the reaction is provided with an alcohol-selective permeable membrane that is bonded to a dense member so that the alcohol produced by the reaction can pass and be removed through the selective permeable membrane.
