The present invention relates to a bone pen, a bone pin, a bone pen set, a bone pin set, and a bone pen kit comprising the same and an initial drill. According to the present invention, the bone pen comprises: a pen which is coupled to a handpiece of a user and comprises a drill portion at the end thereof so as to drill the alveolar bone; a cup which comprises an accommodation space inside so as to hold bone particles collected during the drilling process, has an outer diameter corresponding to the mesiodistal diameter of a tooth to be treated of a patient, and is coupled to the pen so as to allow the accommodation space to encompass the drill portion; and a spring which is supported at one side of the pen for resiliently supporting the cup with respect to the pen, wherein the drill portion of the pen is located on the central axis line of the cup and is maintained to be located at the center of the mesiodistal diameter of a tooth to be treated, thereby being guided to enable drilling. Accordingly, it is possible to mark or drill the location at the center of a crown and the like using a bone pen corresponding to the mesiodistal diameter of a tooth to be treated, to collect bone when drilling, and to ascertain the height of a guide for an operation of an adjacent tooth or a prosthesis using the bone pin.
