Abstract:
The present invention relates to a book packaging device also useable as a bookcase and a method therefor, the device comprising: an inner case comprising left and right bookshelves, which are separate from each other, and which has book containing spaces formed therein, respectively, so as to contain books; an outer case having an open upper portion and having an inner space formed therein so as to contain the inner case; and an outer case cover for exposing or covering the upper portion of the outer case, wherein the inner case is used as a case when books are packaged and used as a bookcase when the books are aligned. An embodiment of the present invention is advantageous in that the inner case, which comprises left and right bookshelves that are separate from each other, can be used for a packaging purpose when books are stored or transported and can be used as a bookcase when the books are aligned or arranged, thereby recycling resources and avoiding an additional cost for buying a separate bookcase.
