Abstract:
Disclosed is a bottled liquid distributor and a valve assembly thereof. The valve assembly comprises a valve seat (10), a valve body (20) and a distribution pipe assembly (30), wherein the valve body (20) is inserted in a valve body mounting hole (101) of the valve seat (10) from above to below. A pressure plate (21) is inserted into a pressure plate mounting hole (202) of the valve body (20), a pressure plate spring (22) and a pressure plate nut (23) are sheathed on the pressure plate (21), the pressure plate nut (23) is fixed threadedly to the valve body (20), and the pressure plate (21) penetrates through the pressure plate nut (23) and then is connected to a valve body manipulation mechanism on the valve seat (10). The distribution pipe assembly (30) comprises a sealing cover (301). The sealing cover (301) is provided with an engagement portion (305) used for being engaged with a bottle mouth of a bottle, a bottom wall of the sealing cover (301) is provided with a ventilation hole (306) and a liquid outlet hole (307), a ventilation pipe (302) is connected to the ventilation hole (306), a distribution pipe (303) is connected to the liquid outlet hole (307), and the lower portions of the ventilation pipe (302) and the distribution pipe (303) are respectively connected with a flexible pipe (32). When the distribution pipe assembly (30) is inserted into a distribution pipe mounting hole (201) of the valve body (20), the two flexible pipes (32) can be sealed due to deformation caused by extrusion of the pressure plate (21) on the valve body (20). The product has stable and continuous liquid outlet flow velocity; in addition, the detachable replacement design is used for an air inlet pipeline and a liquid outlet pipeline, so that it is more sanitary and secure, and is suitable for water shortage areas.
