Abstract:
Disclosed is a bottom portion oil cylinder for a high-temperature and high-pressure environment simulation cabin of a fidelity coring device. The bottom portion oil cylinder comprises a cylinder (1), a cylinder base (25) is provided at the bottom portion of the cylinder (1), a piston (2) is provided inside of the cylinder (1), and the piston (2) divides an inner cavity of the cylinder (1) into a rodless cavity (3) and a rod cavity (4). The piston (2) is provided with a piston rod (5). An outer wall of the cylinder (1) is provided with an oil intake hole (6) that communicates with the rodless cavity (3), and an oil outlet hole (7) that communicates with the rod cavity (4), and meanwhile a reserved drilling hole (26) is provided. A lower end surface of the piston (2) is provided with a first buffer ring (9), and the upper surface of the cylinder base (25) is provided with a second buffer ring (10) that is matched with the first buffer ring (9). The oil cylinder is used in a simulation cabin in the exploitation of oil and gas resources. The mass of a rock core in the simulation cabin is large, so the load carried by the piston rod is also very large. When the piston retracts to the bottom of the cylinder, the first buffer ring makes contact with the second buffer ring, which reduces the huge impact force of the piston on the bottom of the cylinder and avoids damage to the bottom of the cylinder and oil leakage.
