Abstract:
A box grasping apparatus and a packaging machine. The box grasping apparatus comprises two clamping members (11) provided opposite to each other, and a first limiting member (13) provided on one of the clamping members (111) and protruding towards the other clamping member (112). The first limiting member (13) limits displacement of a packing box between the two clamping members (11) along a direction along the clamping members; the first limiting member (13) is able to move along the clamping members. When the box grasping apparatus grasps packing boxes having different sizes, the first limiting member may move to an appropriate position along the clamping members, so that the packing box and the box opening thereof are limited to a preset position.
