Abstract:
A brazing method for a copper steel brazing piece having an inner hole and a throat on an inner wall (2), comprising: machining a sheath; welding the small end of the inner wall (2) of a workpiece and the small end of an outer wall (1), welding the large end of the inner wall (2) of the workpiece and the large end of the outer wall (1), assembling a first outer ring (9) to the outer surface of the outer wall (1) of the large end of the workpiece, assembling a second outer ring (10) to the outer surface of the outer wall (1) of the small end of the workpiece, assembling a first cylinder section (3), a second cylinder section (4), and a third cylinder section (5) to the inner surface of the inner wall (2) of the workpiece, assembling a first cover plate (7) to the first cylinder section (3), and tack welding the inner end of the first cover plate (7) and the first cylinder section (3); assembling a fourth cylinder section (6) between the inner surface of the small end of the workpiece and the third cylinder section (5), assembling a second cover plate (8) to the third cylinder section (5), and tack welding the inner end of the second cover plate (8) and the third cylinder section (5); tack welding the first outer ring (9) and the first cover plate (7), and tack welding the second outer ring (10) and the second cover plate (8); welding; brazing the workpiece having the sheath; and after the completion of brazing, removing the sheath.
