Abstract:
A breathable insole, comprising a heel air inlet bag (2) provided on a heel portion (11) and a sole air inlet bag (3) provided on a sole portion (12). An one-way air guide channel (4) is communicated between the heel air inlet bag (2) and the sole air inlet bag (3), a plurality of air channels (5) are provided at the inner side of an arch, air outlet channels (6) communicated with the sole air inlet bag (3) are provided in a toe portion (13), and the tail ends of the air outlet channels (6) extend to the side wall of an insole body (1) and are communicated to the outside of the insole body (1). By means of providing a breathing structure in the insole body (1), air outside a shoe can be transmitted to the air outlet channels (6) from the heel air inlet bag (2), the sole air inlet bag (3) and the one-way air guide channel (4), and air exchange within the entire sole is implemented by means of the air outlet channels (6), so that the function of air exchange between the interior of the shoe and the exterior of the shoe is implemented, the temperature and humidity in the shoe are reduced, and good temperature control, humidity control, heat insulation and heat conduction effects are achieved.
