Abstract:

The present application relates to a solar cell and a preparation method therefor, a photovoltaic module and an electric device. The solar cell comprises a plurality of sub-cells, each of the plurality of sub-cells comprises a first electrode layer, a photoelectric conversion assembly and a second electrode layer which are sequentially stacked in the thickness direction of the sub-cell; the second electrode layer comprises a body portion and a connecting portion electrically connected to the body portion; and the connecting portion of one of the plurality of sub-cells is used for being electrically connected to the first electrode layer of another sub-cell so that the plurality of sub-cells are electrically connected, wherein the thickness of the body portion is greater than the thickness of the connecting portion. The photoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar cell can be improved.
