The invention relates to shoes, and in particular to a pair of breathable waterproof soles. The technical solutions of the present invention are as follows: Each breathable waterproof sole comprises an upper base adjoining the foot and a lower base adhered to the upper base; a conflux clearance is left between the upper base and the lower base after they are adhered to each other; multiple air vents are arranged on the upper base, the cross section of each air vent being cone-shaped, the end located at the adjoining face of the upper base and the foot being a small end, the other end being a big end, and the big end communicating with the conflux clearance; the end face of the lower base facing the conflux clearance arches and is provided with multiple vent passages communicating with each other, the cross section of each vent passage communicating with the conflux clearance, and the exit of the vent passage extending to the edge of the lower base communicating with the outside. Through the technical solutions, the provided soles are waterproof, breathable, and low in the manufacturing cost.
