In the present invention, when switching a broadcast audio signal, a control unit derives a "switching period" of a division signal of each frequency band on the basis of the difference between the time average of a level value of an analog broadcast processing signal and the time average of a level value of a digital broadcast processing signal of the same frequency band and a predetermined weighting coefficient for the frequency band. The control unit generates individual blending control instructions that include the "switching periods" of the division signals of the respective frequency bands, and sends the generated blending control instructions to a first blending processing unit (231), a second blending processing unit (232), and a third blending processing unit (233). Each of the first blending processing unit (231), the second blending processing unit (232), and the third blending processing unit (233) gradually lowers the level of a pre-switching division signal, gradually raises the level of a post-switching division signal, and generates a signal by mixing the pre-switching division signal and the post-switching division signal.
