Abstract:
A bronzing roller surface processing apparatus of a viscose interweaving composite fabric production device, comprising: a bottom plate, a side of the top part of the bottom plate being fixedly connected to a fixing plate; a side of the fixing plate is fixedly connected to a first fixing cylinder, a second fixing cylinder and a third fixing cylinder; one side of inner walls of the first fixing cylinder, second fixing cylinder and third fixing cylinder is rotatably connected to a first rotating rod, a second rotating rod and a third rotating rod, respectively, by means of bearings; the inner walls of the first fixing cylinder, second fixing cylinder and third fixing cylinder are each fixedly connected to four cleaning brushes; and through holes are provided in the bottom parts of the outer surfaces of the first fixing cylinder, second fixing cylinder and third fixing cylinder. In the bronzing roller surface processing apparatus, a surface of a bronzing roller can be quickly and thoroughly cleaned during fabric production, and the cleaning of surfaces of bronzing rollers of different diameters is facilitated, thus reducing the burden of workers cleaning surfaces of bronzing rollers, and better and faster guaranteeing the production work of a fabric, and the practicability of the present invention is high.
