Abstract:
Disclosed is a glue tank liquid level control device of bamboo stick composite fabric production equipment. The control device comprises a glue tank body (2), a carrier (3) disposed on the lower side of the glue tank body (2), and a base (4) disposed at the bottom of the carrier (3), and a liquid level control assembly (1) is provided on one side of the inner wall of the glue tank; the liquid level control assembly comprises a supporting box (12), the supporting box (12) is provided on one side of the inner wall of the glue tank body (2), and the supporting box (12) body is connected to the inner wall of the glue tank body (2) by means of an adjusting assembly; an adjusting rod (15) is movably arranged in the supporting box (12); a floating ball (11) is disposed at the bottom of the adjusting rod (15); a touch block (17) is disposed on the surface of one side of the adjusting rod (15); one end of the touch block (17) is movably arranged in a first sliding slot (16); a travel switch (18) is disposed at the bottom in the first sliding slot (16); the travel switch (18) is electrically connected to an infusion pump (5) by means of a connecting wire; the infusion pump (5) is disposed on a liquid inlet pipe (6); the liquid inlet pipe (6) is disposed on the surface of one side of the glue tank body. The control device can automatically control a liquid level and ensure the uniformity of a glue coating amount, and moreover, the liquid level height is adjustable, satisfying the use of bamboo stick composite fabrics having different specifications.
