Abstract:
A brush current equalizing control method. Each brush of a generator is a brush capable of regulating operation of pressure. The method comprises the steps: (1) collecting a generator excitation current and each brush current by means of a controller; (2) the generator excitation current being divided by a preset current value of a single brush; then rounding to obtain an integer number; and (3) putting brushes which are equal to the integer number in number into operation, and making currents on the brushes which are put into operation be averaged. Therefore, all the brushes in operation can be operated under designed current parameters, and are in the most ideal working state; moreover, the brushes can be saved, and safe operation can be facilitated.
