A bucket opening mechanism and a construction device, relating to the technical field of electric shovel bucket opening. The bucket opening mechanism comprises a mechanical transmission system; the mechanical transmission system comprises a motor (6), a steel rope (9), a first-class lever (11), a second-class lever (13), a bucket bolt (14), a bucket bottom plate (15), and a bucket rod (22); the motor (6), the steel rope (9), the first-class lever (11), the second-class lever (13), and the bucket bolt (14) are connected in sequence; the first-class lever (11) is mounted on the bucket rod (22); the second-class lever (13) is mounted on the bucket bottom plate (15); when swinging, the second-class lever (13) is adapted to drive the bucket bolt (14) to slide to open the bucket bottom plate (15). According to the bucket opening mechanism, a two-class lever structure is provided, such that the bucket opening strength is increased to ensure effective bucket opening, and the second-class lever (13) effectively reduces stress of the steel rope (9) so that the service life of the steel rope (9) can be prolonged.
