Abstract:
An online analyzer for a water quality permanganate index, the online analyzer comprising: a water sample taking unit, a reagent storage unit, a sample feeding unit, a high-temperature digestion-colorimetric unit and a system control unit. A sampling opening (8), a sulfuric acid tank (9), a potassium permanganate tank (10), a first standard solution tank (11), a second standard solution tank (12), a first pure water tank (13) and air are respectively connected to a common pipeline (16) by means of branch pipelines ((3) to (9)); one end of the common pipeline (16) is respectively connected to a second pure water tank (14) and a plunger pump (17) by means of a two-position three-way solenoid valve (18), and the other end thereof is connected to a waste liquid tank (15) by means of a first two-way normally closed solenoid valve (19); and a light source emitter (22) and a light receiver (23a) are arranged on one side of a digestion chamber (20), and another light receiver (23b) is arranged on an opposite side thereof. The phenomenon of reagent mixing in a pipeline is prevented, the pipeline is prevented from being polluted, and the monitoring precision is improved. Light intensities on both sides of the digestion chamber (20) are acquired, thereby improving the testing accuracy of a water sample.
