Abstract:
A buckle (1) comprises: a plug (2) and a socket (3), which are provided so as to be capable of being fitted to each other and separated from each other; and a key (4) which is a separate body from both the plug (2) and the socket (3). The plug (2) is provided with an elastically deformable elastic engagement piece (24). The socket (3) is provided with an engagement protrusion (37) which engages with the elastic engagement piece (24). The key (4) is provided with a key-side pressing section (45) which is inserted into a key hole (36) provided in the socket (3). The elastic engagement piece (24) is provided with an engagement piece-side pressing section (28) which can be pressed only by the key-side pressing section (45). The elastic deformation of the elastic engagement piece (24), which occurs when the engagement piece-side pressing section (28) is pressed, releases the engagement between the elastic engagement piece (24) and the engagement protrusion (37).
