Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to suppress nonspecific hybridization with a nucleic acid probe and achieve excellent detection efficiency for a target nucleic acid even when there are a plurality of adjacent mutated sites. A nucleic acid for blocking according to the present invention includes a base sequence that is complementary to a non-target nucleic acid containing a plurality of bases not subject to detection that correspond to a plurality of bases to be detected.
