Abstract:
The present invention provides a rolling bearing and a rolling body production method that make it possible to improve separation life. Provided is a rolling bearing comprising an inner ring (2), an outer ring (3), and a rolling body (4), wherein: the rolling body (4) has an HRC hardness of not less than 61.1 and a residual austenite amount of not more than 31 vol%; and the ratio of the hardness of the rolling body (4) to the hardness of the inner ring (2) and the outer ring (3) is not less than 1.
