Abstract:
Disclosed is a building technique for a low-carbon society in a high-technology era, which technique is used for solving the building problems of a thermal insulation wall having a poor fireproof effect, multiple thermal bridges and poor durability, and it being difficult to construct a near-zero energy consumption building, and the problem of damage that is difficult to repair due to the use of a technique involving conquering rigidity with rigidity for realizing an earthquake-resistant, wind-resistant and side-movement-resistant building. The building technique of the present invention is to exploit the advantages of different materials and avoid the disadvantages thereof, such that a wall body structure is optimized, large gaps where all heat is lost in an outer wall and a roof are blocked, an energy-saving thermal insulation wall body is fireproof and safe and is thin in terms of thickness, and the durability of the energy-saving thermal insulation wall body is increased; a shock damping and absorbing material is used for building foundation energy dissipation and shock absorption, and a frame structure indoor partition wall and an externally hung wall body are provided with elastomer materials, so that an earthquake-resistant and wind-resistant effect is realized on the basis of conquering rigidity with softness; and the present invention is a building technique that unifies an energy-saving building technique with an earthquake-resistant and wind-resistant building technique, is a building technique optimized for each component of a building from the foundation to the wall body to the roof, and enables the building industry to play an important role in countering global climate change.
