Abstract:
A bulk acoustic wave resonance apparatus, a filter apparatus, and a radio frequency front end apparatus, the bulk acoustic wave resonance apparatus (300) comprising: a first layer (310) comprising a first cavity (330) positioned on a first side; a first electrode (350), a first end of the first electrode (350) being positioned in the first cavity (330), and a second end being in contact with the first layer (310); a second layer (370) positioned on the first side and positioned on the first electrode (350); and a second electrode (390) positioned on the second layer (370), the first electrode (350) and the second electrode (390) being positioned on two sides of the second layer (370); a first part on the first electrode (350) overlapping the second electrode (390) is positioned in the first cavity (330); the first electrode (350) comprises a first electrode layer (351) and a second electrode layer (353), the second electrode layer (353) and the second layer (370) being positioned on two sides of the first electrode layer (351); the second electrode (390) comprises a third electrode layer (391) and a fourth electrode layer (393), the second layer (370) and the fourth electrode layer (393) being positioned on two sides of the third electrode layer (391). The electrical conductivity of the second electrode layer (353) is higher than that of the first electrode layer (351), and the electrical conductivity of the fourth electrode layer (393) is higher than that of the third electrode layer (391), thereby decreasing the resistance of the first electrode (350) and the second electrode (390), reducing electrical loss.
