Abstract:
A burner diesel particulate filter (DPF) regeneration control and diagnostic device comprises: a diesel engine (101), connected to a burner (102) and a fuel tank (108); the burner (102) is connected to a particulate controller (107) via an igniter and is configured to heat diesel particulates in exhaust gas to a target regeneration temperature; a DOC catalyst (103) is connected to the burner (102) and a CDPF catalyst (104); an electromagnetic fuel pump (105) is connected to the burner (102) via a fuel nozzle (106); the particulate controller (107) is connected to a differential pressure transducer (109), an exhaust temperature sensor (110), and an alarm indicator (111); the differential pressure transducer (109) is connected to the CDPF catalyst (104); and the exhaust temperature sensor (110) is connected to the DOC catalyst (103) and the particulate controller (107).
