Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to stabilize the contact resistance between a cable and a terminal block in a cable connection terminal, improving the reliability of the electrical connection, as well as to achieve smaller size. The cable connection terminal (1) is therefore equipped with: a terminal block (5) formed from a conductive material; a conductor part (6) contacting the terminal block (5) and connected to a cable (4) so as to surround the cable (4); and a resilient member (7) for pressing the conductor part (6) from the outside so that the cable (4) can be sandwiched by the conductor part (6). Due to this feature, contact resistance between the cable (4) and the terminal block (5) is stabilized, improving the reliability of the electrical connection, and smaller size can be achieved.
