Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a technique which enables the achievement of reduction of the diameter of a cable core, while maintaining the electrical characteristics of the cable core.
[Solution] A cable core which is provided with: an internal conductor; a dielectric foam that is formed on the internal conductor by extrusion molding and is configured from a fluororesin; and a skin layer that covers the dielectric foam. This cable core is configured such that: the foaming ratio of the dielectric foam is 80% or more; the average foam cell diameter of the dielectric foam is 10 μm or less; and the standard deviation of foam cell diameter of the dielectric foam is 2.5 or less.
