A cache management method, apparatus and system, and a device and a non-volatile readable storage medium. The method comprises: a storage system cache manager receiving a target operation request, which is sent by a target user (S101), and processing the target operation request in a pipeline manner, so as to execute a corresponding processing operation on a cache line by using the target operation request (S102); and feeding a processing result of the target operation request back to the target user, and executing, by means of a software cache manager, a corresponding cache maintenance operation according to the processing result (S103). It can be seen that a cache maintenance operation with a relatively low real-time requirement can be realized by means of a software cache manager, and an operation request with a relatively high real-time requirement can be processed in parallel in a pipeline manner by means of a storage system cache manager, such that the processing delay of operating a cache line is reduced, and the real-time performance of cache management is improved.
