Abstract:
Provided are a calibration apparatus and method, and a wavelength division multiplexing system. The calibration apparatus comprises: a sending module for sending a first detection signal to a first multiplexing device; a receiving module for receiving the first detection signal passing through the first multiplexing device, and receiving a second detection signal passing through the first multiplexing device and a second multiplexing device; and a processing module for adjusting the center frequency of the first detection signal, such that the adjusted center frequency of the first detection signal is aligned with the center frequency of the first multiplexing device, and for adjusting the central frequency of the second detection signal and of the first multiplexing device so that the center frequency of the first multiplexing device is aligned with the center frequency of the second detection signal. The technical solution provided in the embodiments of the present application can reduce the insertion loss of an optical fiber in a transmission process, and satisfy the loss requirement of an optical signal on a transmission link.
