Abstract:
Provided in the embodiments of the present application are a resource configuration method and apparatus, and a communication device. The method comprises: transmitting high-level signaling and physical-layer signaling, wherein the high-level signaling comprises configuration information of at least one preconfigured resource and the physical-layer signaling is used to determine a preconfigured resource to be activated or deactivated.
